Á Table - Whisky from Glass to Plate by Martine Nouet.  If you want to experiment and learn more about cooking with whisky, this is a great book.

Tasting Whiskey - An Insider's Guide to the Unique Pleasures of the World's Finest Spirits by Lew Bryson (Storey Publishing, 2014).  Covers all the bases.  Great read!
