Our members not only share a passion for single malts but also for cigars.  Well, before our Society began in 2010, we had been working on and seeking out perfect whisky and cigar combinations.  On our new page we are sharing the results of those efforts.  So head on over to it to check out what we think are great whisky and cigar pairings.

-This July Brings Us To Our 90th Tasting!

Who would have thought back in 2010 when the BSSMS was founded that we would have lasted 15 years and already tasted 381 different single malt expressions from almost all of Scotland's operating distilleries.  On Sunday July 20th, 2025 at 7 p.m., our 90th tasting mysteriously titled Pete and Michael Tour Speyside with an Adventure to Sandend will be hosted by Ken at his residence. While I am sure you are all scratching your heads about what that title means as far as what we'll be tasting, you can bet it will be a great evening of great single malts.
