Our 39th Tasting on February 19th - Old Scotia's Grandeur Springs

The New Year's begun, Valentine's Day will just have passed but we'll keep things going by having a very special evening of whisky and food pairings.  Tapping good old Robbie Burns for the title of this tasting, our host for the evening, Mike, has enlisted Jim H, chef extraordinaire,to work with him to put together a set of whisky and food pairings that are sure to be a hit. After Jim's culinary performance at our Robbie Burn's night a few years back, I'm pretty sure we are in for a treat.  And knowing Mike's excellent tastes in single malts, you can be sure the whiskies will be special as well.
